Computer Program for Tennis Flyte?

Hello Everyone,

I need to schedule a tennis flyte: a group of 12 players who play on 2 courts, once a week, for 24 weeks. This means 8 players will be playing and 4 will have byes each week. Of course, I want as much mixing of players as possible in the rotation with everyone playing the same number of times. I would prefer that the rotation of players with byes is not fixed,e.g., the same four players don't have byes together every time, but don't know if this can be done.

I have searched the web to no avail. Has anyone seen such a tennis flyte plan? I can't believe it doesn't exist. This would no doubt take a good computer program. I tried to do this manually but a hundred pieces of paper later, I decided there were just too many factors for my brain to handle. Can anyone help?
