Wilson Prostaff 1000 shoes (by way of introduction)

Hey David, welcome to TW! :) It's probably not the most convenient "anti-spam" feature, but it has helped out incredibly. The inconvenience isn't even that bad, all it takes is a few seconds to post a quick "hello" or to bump another intro thread then followed by anywhere from a few minutes up to an hour for the system to promote the account. That 1 hour wait turns away MANY forum spammers. Hopefully it keeps working. It probably will unless many other forums start doing the same, then the forum spam bots will probably be updated to handle this sort of spam blockade.
