Two-handed forehand

I need some tips on how to hit a two-handed forehand--the grip, which hand goes where, take-back and follow through. I have a weak wrist and thought the two-hander might help.

Do you mean backhand? Well, in a two-handed backhand the best grip for the left hand is the Eastern Forehand and for the right hand it's the Continental grip.

I have a friend that hits a two-handed f'hand sometimes. I believe she uses the Continental grip both ways.
