Help with my forehand swing?
I am brand new to this site and hope someone can help me. I just started playing tennis this year and love it.
I think I have a good ey for the ball and can get myself in decent positions, I play right handed and double backhand. However when I can't practice on a court I practice in my garden against the back of the house, a brick wall and practice returning. however to avoid hitting the window I have to hit high so my forehand swing sort of my arm swings and my racket ends up curved on my right hand side. If I let my arm swing fully so the racket ends up on my left shoulder side will this help me hit lower balls?
Thanks for help.
Thanks 4 All Your Help Everyone

Thanks for all your help anyway. I only remembered this recently, I thought I would be notified by email if i had replies but I wasn't sorry.
