pain in the hand?

when i grip the racquet with my right hand, i have a pain between my index and middle fingers. it hasn't affected my strokes so much but it is really annoying and now it can be felt even when i'm not playing tennis. it's been a while now with the pain and i hoped it would've gone away over time but it hasn't. do you have any suggestions on what it may be and how to fix it?

I am not a doctor, so I don't know what it is. But if you have had it for a while and it hasn't gone away. I would advise that you see a doctor about it.

Sounds like tendonitis in the hand, I had it when I was playing 5 times a week just take it east for a bit to let the strained ligament heal and you will be fine.
