Hi People,
Tennis was my sport for 39 years. One day I just stoped playing, stoped following tournaments and players and felt tennis had become a dull show.
My first idol? I believe you already know the answer. My last ones? Boris Becker and Pete Sampras. Yes , no mistake, that's the order 1st Becker, very close though, Sampras.
I always felt that the aim of tennis is to conquer points not to wait for your oponent to loose them.
What made me come back is the urge to prepare myself to teach my grandchildren.
I hope to watch them play instead of watching them hit endless two handed top spinned backhands.
Is there any actual player that understands that tennis is a tri-dimensional game or are they all still confined to the base line?
