Sorry to bring up a dead topic, but for those of you who may want a Volkl sponsorship, what are the ranking requirements? (State, Regional, National,)

How would you go about getting this Vokyl sponsorship? Just email them and ask for a sponsorship? I'm interested in the process of acquiring a sponsorship so could somebody explain? Thanks.
