aerobic workout through dance
i'm an avid tennis player so aerobic workouts is something i have to be on top of. but i HATE doing cardio and aerobic workouts (running, ellipticals, all of it!) anyways my mom bought me this instructional dance dvd called Breakin it Down. Its taught by laurie ann gibson who's worked with tons of artists. anyways, i checked it out bc i like dancing and i discovered its an awesome way of getting in a fun aerobic workout. i was sweating lots by the end of the dvd lol. she teaches hip hop, reggae, and even salsa. i would definitely recommend this for anybody who has the same problem as me. i'm obsessed with it right now!! if anybody has checked it out, let me know!
