how should i keep my heart in the game?

that all depends on you, i can't tell you how to keep your heart in the game. many pros quit simply because they just don't have the "heart" for it anymore, for example: anna kournikova and pete sampras (who i think could still win another slam) while there are others who have so much "heart" they are still gunning for their first or another slam, examples: martina navratilova, younes el-aynaoui, and todd martin. it all depends on you.

You had better ask your doctor to check how hard your heart can take ? Never take a risk. Proper exercise is good for your health , but if it becomes a burden,...... you had better think about it !
