    i like a 2 handed backhand better all of my friends use a one handed but when i use a one handed i dont get any power or control. so i went back to a 2 handed backhand

    Using one handed backhand requires some strength but is much more versatile than using two hands. One handed backhands gives one added reach, makes it easier to slice the ball and to hit a backhand volley.
