    The mental aspect of tennis

Hey guys, I don't know if anyone is interested in the mental side to tennis, but I recently stumbled across a site that gives you a free 2 week lesson. I tried it out and seemed to help out quite a bit, just thought I'd share. The site is:

    http://www.mind-power-tennis-training.com

Does anyone else know any good sites for helping the mental portion of tennis (since it's so significant)?

Smart Tennis is good [book], as is mindtraining.net [purchase audio].
In tennis the addict moves about a hard rectangle and seeks to ambush a fuzzy ball with a modified snow-shoe. Elliot Chaze

www.procomparetennis.net has an article section that has lots of info on the mental aspect of the game. The good thing is that the site is free
