If you are looking for instructional clips try Oscar Wegner's website www.tennisteacher.com - he has a wealth of information there. His online academy in particular has all kinds of tips and videos, including his book "Play Better Tennis In 2 Hours". I suggest you go to the site map which lists a vast number of articles and information - in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

For studying clips of players I recommend www.tennisone.com. Here you will find a huge library of clips of all the pros which can be freeze-framed - very valuable for studying their techniques. As Oscar suggests, "play like the pros"! In order to do that you first have to believe that you can, then you need to study them on film to integrate their moves into your own game. If you examine them closely in these clips you will see the principles that Oscar describes in his method repeated over and over again. Your game will improve in no time!

Both of these sites offer some complimentary peeks at the material, but require a nominal fee to see everything. It is well worth the small cost to join eaither (both would be ideal) - about the same price as taking a private lesson from a top teaching pro, but you can go back time and again and learn so much!
