Off the wall tennis with power and control

Has any one used a wall to learn the basics tennis strokes, and if not why not? Anyone used a wall as a tennis partner to update their tennis skills with power and control. I came across this web address which shows a demo off hitting the perfect tennis strokes using the wall. The concept of this dedicated wall DVD or VHS tape is to learn transfer of power thru the hitting zone before going on the court. I purchased this DVD and belive me the instructions work, all of my power and control improved 100%. If you want to check it out here is the Web address.

P.S. I am now looking and hitting like a pro.

For that price you could get proper lessons off a good coach.

I agree. A wall is mainly good for warming up. Without proper instruction, you'll lock in your mistakes which will make them harder to correct later. Plus, it doesn't allow for different pace and spin which is what you'll actually face when you play a match.
