This deals with the players using forehand, backhand slice shots

In local tournaments,i always have problems when my opponents use forehand and backhand slice shots(always).and these type of players makes me angry.it's ridiculous to hold the ball in court like this just in order to win the match or tournament. So how can i deal with the kind of players, what kind of tactics i have to apply?

Learn to get under the ball and hit while comming up on the shot. Aim always for the end of the court. And do not hit against the net. Imagine that the net is about 6 feet tall. That should allow you to secure your shoots and give you an edge to play against slicers.
