Exclamation not playing until late game?

hey all - i seem to have a problem that occurs EVERY time i play a set...i usually start off losing sets 1-4, 2-5, 0-3 or scores of that nature before i turn it up a notch and come back to 5-5, or like 5-4 - im not the most serious person on the court - i play for fun more than just to win like many players i encounter are only concerned about - so it might be me not caring...or is it that i should rally more? because if i do much better midd-late game could it be that i need to hit more balls? or could it be because i adapt well to opposing players? is there any way to fix this so that i may start out strong and not just end strong?

    Starting Strong

Could be that you're not warming up enough before the match begins, so you blow the first couple of games. Warm up longer. If necessary (and possible), get there early and warm up with a friend, or get in a little practice before you even go to your match. However, don't do so much that you wear yourself out before the match starts.
