Talking Looking for coach and tips

Im 15 years old and have been playing since the age of nine. I play everyday around 2 hours. I"m a 4.0-4.5 player and trying to get something going.
I also need to know something------if i have a 85-90 mph serve should i rush to the net most of the time or just stay at the baseline which i am very comfortable at and hit a huge forhand winner?

Do both. Improve your weaknesses by training serve volley game and reinforce your strengths - hit big forehands after the short reply.

One good tip about serving speed - as long as your speed is below approx. 100 mph, your serves to the corners are quite comfortably returnable. (for good players) Unless of course you really hit the lines.

So it's much better to serve to the body, where most players will be unable to make any weight transfer to the ball. And they rarely return that way so they are not so grooved.

Only after you exceed 100 mph, the ball becomes too fast to comfortably return.

    Good luck!
