    Australian Open heating up

Still nearly a week away but plenty happenning...Federer looking the goods again but i think Nalbandian could just stop him. So could Andy Roddick!

Forget Lleyton Hewitt - has a new born baby and he's totally off of his game, besides last year was his only decent time at the AO anyway.

If not Federer - then who?

there's some great previews of all of the current men's matches here at:

well, it will be very difficult to stop Fed, especially for Safin, regarding the fact, that the guy didn't play since August last year, and besides, Safin will probably miss the open as well...I hope Hewitt bounces back and puts on a decent performance.

I wonder how Haas and James Blake are gonna play

    YA,
that are all things you can't now.
I think Haas will be the big surprise of the tournament. (not only because his new haircut)
But in the end it will be so: Federer wins

Well Agassi, Nadal, Safin are all out injured...and Kiefer, Nalbandian + a few others have had injury/illness concerns...

But Haas did beat Fedex at Kooyong (Good call there on Haas!) - so Fedex is beatable...

It's very odd to see that everyone thinks Federer is beatable, just because he lost a 5 set match to Nabaldian. Did you all notice that was injured. Guess what? He's not injured anymore!

    Federer to take all!

I think Nalbandian vs Federer final would be very exciting. Maybe a 5 setter.

Fedroger, Kooyong...Federer lost to Haas, really...then Roddick beat Haas in the final...Kooyong is the famous warm up tournament, where always the top players are invited...
