    New member, wanting to get back into shape and play again. Haven't played much since Varsity high school and intramural college days (20+ years!).

    I laid off for 22 years from 1985-2007 so I'm right there with you! I would recommend REALLY working on physical conditioning and stretching. I spent more than 3 months at various time in my first year back nursing some nagging injuries that I believe could have been avoided if I didn't push too hard too fast.
