    Rafa

It was an unusual yet very successful match for Rafa on Sunday. He controlled and owned the entire match.

Verdasco was not himself. he had a wonky ankle and dec an upper thigh issue but he never had a chance against Rafa.

Rafa had some light headedness issue but a bread and banans helped that.

    Rafa looked great.

I really enjoy watching Rafa play. I have other favorites as well, but he is on my top ten list. :-) Hoping he'll win Wimby this year and become #1 ~

Are you saying your favs are the clay specialist or all my picks are clay specialist?? As always I tend to be confused.

Nadal is a marvellous player and has worked very hard to transfer from clay to grass as he displayed in the final at Queen's Club London last week-end, but I do wish he and Sharapova would stop all that grunting, gets on one's nerves !!!

I agree that is the one negative about rafa is the grunting, though he does not do it on every play as with Maria and I do not believe he is close to as loud . I do wish it was softer but I want nothing changed until he wins Wimbledon and the US Open.

It sure looks like Nadal to win the 2008 Wimbledon Championships, but I would have liked Federer to achieve his sixth title there. It is quite amazing how Nadal has switched his play on clay to grass is such quick time ! I was happy to see Murray win today and has now reached the 4th round. On paper he should beat Keifer (27) seed.

    Talking

Rafa has been amazing. His going from clay to grass, playing so many tourney's very small break, being so physically strong at all times and improving his serve over the 9 months as much as he has. Rafa also has had a much more challenging draw than Fed, this time at least.

I have say i am not divided at all, I want Rafa to win 100%.

Sorry I made a mistake, Murray will not be meeting Keifer in tomorrow's 4th round, he will be meeting Richard Gasquet !seeded 8 which is a different matter !

    Thumbs up

Yes, Rafa took care of Keifer in 3. Little tense in the first, and a little tiny tiny bit tense at the very end of the third, other than that relaxed and enjoyable.

Andy Murray appears stronger built, temper under control and few more consistent "weapons" as I hear said. I hope his mom is a positive influence because she seems to always be there.

I was torn, between Haas and Murray. Haas has had to overcome SO VERY VERY MUCH. I wanted Haas to be successful so he would keep playing.

I cannot wait for Monday. All day, all players tennis.

The Murray v Gasquet match was "Nail-biting" my, what a fighter Murray is ! shame he has to play Nadal in the quarters' hope he puts up a good performance, at least he has progressed further in Wimbledon 2008 than he has in previous Grand Slams.
