help me to choose a new racket

I'd like to know what kind of rackets fits me.

    My height: 178cm
    My weight: 75-80kg
    My age: around 20

on court: I play with double-handed backhand and I often try to head myself to the net. I prefer control and swing speed than power. I would rate myself as a 3.5 or 4.0 player.

Personally, I think I need a head-light racket which will allow me to feel more natural (just like a part of my body).
But I don't know if I'm right and I wonder if I have to think about the length of the racket for my double-handed backhand. And there are so many models...

    Any advice?

go to a pro shop and ask if they have a demo model of the racket you are interested in. you usually have a few days.

Thank you for your advice but I couldn't find any pro shop in Ho Chi Minh city (Vietnam).
However, I'm interested in Babolat aeropro drive cortex and aeropro drive plus cortex.
But I can't figure out the difference between these two racquets on court
