    Hi to everyone

I'm new and want to improve my game. What training execersice can be beneficial for me? Lastly, when I play I get so tired and fall asleep right away. Is this something to be worried about?

I was searching about my problem that I get to sleep right away and I saw this site - (url removed by admin) I don't know if this can help. Is there anyone that can provide feedback? Thanks.

    Hi Joseph246, welcome to TW!

First I would like to say that I hope you are not offended at my removing the website link from your second post. TW had issues in the past with spam being posted here and I must say that I am a bit skeptical as to whether or not your message is genuine after you posted the website address.

Maybe to help quell my spam 'fears' you could post what recommendations that they had for you in regards to your problem of getting tired quickly. Then others here could read their proposed solution and offer any of their own suggestions or advice.

I personally have little knowledge in this area, but I'm not so sure that snoring is directly related to this. (For anyone who doesn't know why I mentioned snoring, it was a snoring website that Joseph had linked to.) My guess is that snoring, if it causes you to get less restful sleep, could result in you simply not feeling as refreshed during the day. Do you feel completely rested when you wake up in the morning? How do you feel just prior to playing tennis?
