I'm a coach myself and tried the technique while hitting with one of my adult clients. I defenitely think I did generate more power on my forehand. But after 30 minutes of hitting like this, I could feel the difference in my elbow and it started to hurt a bit.
Who else have tried this "revolutionary" new style?
What do you veterans in tennis coaching think about this?
Is this how Federer play? (Is there anyone else we all aspire to play like at the moment??) ((No comment from "I love Justine" PLEASE ))
Why did I get elbow pain? Was I doing it wrong?
OK maybe we can't comment on it if we don't buy the (rather expensive?) package?
