Did anyone watch the Anzac Day AFL Match?

I know many of you aren't Australian,
But did anyone here living in Australia by much chance watch it?
    Collingwood VS Essendon.
    INCREDIBLE, wasn't it?
I supported Essendon to the core, and when they were losing by 14 points in the last 3 minutes, I was absolutely annoyed and angry, because I have a huge hatred to Collingwood.
And then in the last three minutes we scored three goals, and WIN!

Well, In the last three seconds we scored that necessary, incredible, outstanding, life saving, close, exciting, tension filled goal.

So what do you people think about it?

What is it ? Are you talking about Australian Football? Doesn't Russell Crowe Own one of those Teams? If by chance you are talking about Australian Football, I'm sorry but I don't watch (Soccer / Rugby) if that's what it is you're talking about. But I think iLendl does and if not mistaken, he lives in Australia as well. Might want to PM him and forge a friendship

Yes, I am talking about the Australian Football League.
    Not soccer or Rugby, though.
It's way different, much better, in my opinion.

And yes, it was incredible! Especially Lovett and Monfries and a lot of other people.
It was the closest thing to a final.

So how is it different than Soccer / Rugby ? I know it's nothing like American Football which is the best anyone could ask for.

Well, the ball is similar to that of rugby.
However in AFL they use feet to kick the ball,
And the basic aim is to score goals for your team into three posts set at each end of the court.
If you score into the middle one, your team get's six points, which is called a goal.
If you score into one of the other two you get one point, which is called behind.
Also, in the AFL there are about 20 players on court and well,
    a lot of injuries.
    It's pretty incredible to watch.
