    Unhappy Rotator cuff problems

About 10 years ago I had a bone spur surgically removed from my serving shoulder (rotator cuff). Since then, I've done many things to strengthen my shoulder lifting light weights, stretching, massage, you name it. Despite all this, I'm experiencing pain and the doctor says I have an arthritic shoulder. Does anyone know what type of serve might be easier on the shoulder? I can still hit groundies, volleys, and overheads okay and I'm a 4.5 player who does not want to give up the game. Any suggestions on a more appropriate serve would be greatly appreciated. I might add that my shoulder experiences very little pain after a match if I don't throw the toss too high. Is it possible to hit a kick serve without a high toss???

For your rotator cuff problems check out "The 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution" at http://www.healthforlife.com/

From my personal experience with an inflamed rotator cuff injury and from the experience of an elderly friend of my family - that program is absolutely amazing.

I'm not sure if it would work in your situation, maybe worth a try.
