I'm injured and can't play tennis, how can I keep fit?
I cut my hand, because someone left a knife in the sink and I didn't see it because the sink was full and put my hand to take the plug out and the.. yeah, the knife cut my hand really bad.
So, now I can't really hold the racket and play that well, but I still want to stay fit. I go to the gym but I don't want to stop playing then come back and completely lose control of my ground shots and served eg.,
does anyone any ways I can keep fit?
Why am I fighting to live, if I'm just living to fight
Why am I trying to see, when there aint nothing in sight
Why am I trying to give, when no one gives me a try
Why am I dying to live, if I'm just living to die?

Sprints and jumping rope. Jogging is good, but for tennis, sprints are the way to go. Many of them and back to back. Suicides are great too. Are you able to hold a racquet? If so, shadow stroke and lightly bounce a ball. Remember how Boris Becker used to bounce the ball back and forth with his racquet? That is a great way to keep the wrists limber and keep the feel of a topspin forehand.
