Thanks again, both of you, especially you Tennisking. This bit about oatmeal. I have oatmeal and milk(with flaxseed powder) after about an hour and a half of Tennis everyday. I have a couple of banannas about an hour before playing. From what you are saying, I should be having my oatmeal with banannas? Club play maynot be that strenous but in summer, good energy management becomes vital.
