Over the past few years, the first grand slam of the year has proved an uncanny knack of unearthing new and unspotted talent. In 2007, Fernando Gonzalez thumped his way to the final and the following year, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga rose from obscurity to achieve the same feat. Last year, Fernando Verdasco routed Stepanek, Murray and Tsonga before taking Nadal to five hours and five sets in possibly the best match of the year.

Who do you think might do the same thing this time around?
