    hello. this is dana!

Hi! This is Dana. I'm 16 and I started tennis maybe around 5-6 years ago. But I just recently(3 years ago) started to get competitive, and have been with a school team and I started to compete against other schools. I have a lot of power but I don't know how to use it properly. Nice to meet you!

Hello Dana. Good to have you onboard.

You have power, which means you're looking for control and consistency, right?

Yes Iam. I've been told that I have a lot of power and strength, but I don't know how to use it in a way that will help me. A lot of times I use too much power that what's needed so the ball goes out, but when it comes to my serves, I get it in only about 5 out of 20 times. I've recently started to practice serving with more power than I used too.

Power sure isn't a bad quality to have. You may just need to work on hitting the ball with topspin. Powerful topspin can win a lot of points.
