Mobility.

The first 2 items in "Biomechanics of Baseline Strikes in Tennis" (eye + side) are intellectual.
The third and forth (spine + scapula bones) are sensual, something that a trainee should feel and be aware of while moving. The rest are biomechanical. Those items are serving as a back door drill to a better mobility.

This is a simple flow: Underperformance leads to a biomechanical understanding & self analyzing, which leads unconsciously to a better footwork correction while trying to adjust joint movement.
Just test it with your trainees and tell how it went.
