    New :D

    Hello, I'm Zak.
I live in Texas. I love playing/watching tennis. I play Varsity for my High School. I also help work at the Country Club in my town teaching tennis to new players and kids 4+.
I would say I'm a player between 4.5-5.0 NRTP(going off of what I think of myself)
All though I could still use alot of practice to reach the next level of play. I lack a mental game too lol

just the ups and downs of my game

Well, I'm new so I hope to learn alot and talk to more people.

    Zak,
How are you doing? I was just reading your thread and thought I would make a few suggestions if you really want to improve your mental game. There's a great book by Tim Galloway called the inner game of tennis that I think does a great job of explaining how you can really up your mental game with very little time and effort. Another thing you might want to look into is visualizing the result you want happening before you step onto the court. This gives your mind a clear idea of which are trying to accomplish. I've had a lot of success with using visualization in my own tennis game. I hope this was helpful.
