    Question Arguing brothers

I have a question. My twin boys play high school tennis during the school year and some USTA tournaments during the summer. They tend to argue with each other between points. This does not happen during points and they are polite and friendly to the other team. Can they be given a code violation for this brotherly banter and where can I find the USTA rules that address this issue?
