    Tennis Elbow

    Hi there,

I am trying to cure my tennis elbow and i would like to receive some practical advices from people having experienced the same. I am an advanced pplayer and i did not play for 3 weeks now, my elbow do not hurt anymore but my entire arm is acting weird. I use the RICE method and look checked info on internet and even saw a sport medecin doctor from whom I did not learn anything. So please if you could give me some treatments that worked for you that would be more than great. I am dying here.

I had tennis elbow for 4 months. The only thing that relieved my pain was Vioxx. I don't know what is the equivalent of Vioxx right now. It was not a cure but a relief. The RICE method is the best but you have to be patient.
Do you know what caused your tennis elbow? In my case it was triyng to imitate Roddicks forehand (with huge forearm rotation). In most cases tennis elbow or shoulder pain is caused for wrong techniques that we adopt unconsiously or like I did, imitating a pro who is 24 years youger than me.
