So I did and I share. Clarify that this is not a blog specializing in photography and I am not a specialist in the subject. It is simply a "visual" comparison of how different environments are more or less light. Smartphones used were: All versions of iPhone sold in Spain: iPhone 3, 3GS, 4, 4S & 5 A Nokia Lumia 920 and Samsung Galaxy II..
The camera features of each are very different and each model (iPhone family) includes enhancements above. Here only indicated for each camera megapixels, but really after this mere indicator there are many more parameters as type and quality of the optics, internal processing of the camera, etc.. iPhone 3: 2 megapixel without flash. iPhone 3GS: 3.2 megapixel auto-focus, macro without flash.

iPhone 4: 5 megapixel with LED flash. iPhone 4S and 5: 8 megapixels (apparently identical resolutions but we will see in the photos that 5 behaves much better in low light). Nokia Lumia 920: 8.7-megapixel camera with flash. Samsung Galaxy II 8-megapixel camera with flash. In addition to this website, the pictures are on Flickr (for specific albums are listed in each gallery) where you can see the exact configuration that was used to make each photo and see them even larger size. In these pictures shows that the iPhone 5 camera is much improved compared to the 4S especially in low light conditions although formally not known for its improvements in this regard.
