It is never acceptable to lose when your opponent was not.

beat them.

Once your account has been unlocked, post your question in Tennis Tips @ Instructions. I will try to address your problem as best as possible. Please give me the following information:
Current Rating i.e. 3.0 3.5 4.0 etc.
Singles or Doubles
Baseline Player or Serve Volley style player
One handed Back Hand or Two?
Then we'll see if we can put together a winning format for you to try out.
